The Reclaiming Joy workshop virtual series invites participants to establish or deepen a daily spiritual and wellness practice (sadhana) while working with the energy bodies in a supportive community setting. This series incorporates pranayama (breathwork), yoga movement, meditation, and reflective journaling to nurture personal growth and cultivate connection. Each session includes space for guided discussions, reflections, chakra teach ins and shared intentions to integrate spiritual teachings and wellness practices into daily life.
