Move Your Body in Ways That Feel Good for You

What I can do for you in our time together is help guide you to move your body in ways that feel good for you. Rediscover what it means to tune into your body and what it is asking of you. My intention is that you leave our time together feeling more grounded, calm, and courageous in connecting to the power you hold. This power will allow for more flow on and off the mat; between effort and ease.

— Harmeet Kaur

What People Say

I appreciated most that the space Harmeet held was grounded in a de-colonial ethic and contextualized within the world we live in today with all its complexities. This felt like the holistic yoga community I am longing for that upholds the values of collective liberation at the root of yoga. The closing ceremony was a highlight for me as the cherry on top of a very enriching seven weeks together.

The seven weeks of Reclaiming Joy was such a lovely and insightful experience. Harmeet’s style of teaching and leadership is one that exudes so much love and grace while also maintaining the importance of accountability and growth. Her demeanour feels like a warm embrace and her encouragement for depth and rawness brought a feeling of sisterhood to the group. I look forward to watching Harmeet touch more lives with her work though even her mere existence does that. Thank you Harmeet, for helping me make my way back to myself and the joy and beauty that exists all around us.

I had the incredible privilege of attending Reclaiming JOY with Harmeet. Her authenticity and warmth created a nurturing space where I felt safe to open up and connect with others, when I was unsure about how connected I would feel opening up to new people online. Through her guidance, I embarked on a journey of healing, addressing inner demons I had been long ignoring. Harmeet’s compassionate approach and genuine care empowered me to reclaim joy in my life. I’m forever grateful for her support and the loving environment she cultivated.
